On November 21, 2009, all resources from this site with the exception of licensing were migrated to CA Support Online. You can continue to access the licensing function using the old link license.concord.com.
Prior to our cutover all customers and partners who are entitled to support were pre-preregistered for CA Support Online and sent an email.
If you have not received an email and do not already have access to CA Support Online, you should contact CA Customer Care to determine your CA Site ID and create your CA Support Online user ID and password.
